Sun One is celebrating its 15th anniversary! Over the time, the company has grown from a small team offering staff outsourcing services to a sustainable and robust company that provides a wide range of HR solutions to businesses all over Ukraine.
“15 years is a threshold when a youthful maximalism gives way to a balanced view of the world. This is the age when a person is looking for answers to important questions like “why am I in this world?”. For us, as a business, it is not only about making profit, but also about what we do for society, for the labor market, for Ukraine in general. We are already a part of this ecosystem and every our step matters. So, we commit to our responsibility and don’t betray the values that we took on when we were very young,” says Andrew Samchyshyn.
15 years is not just a simple number. It is a whole story of resilience, flexibility and continuous improvement. Throughout the years, we had to overcome many trials and challenges that have only made our team stronger and proved that we know how to achieve success even under the toughest conditions.
Economic crises, the COVID-19 pandemic, a full-scale war did not stop but only boosted a development and search for new solutions. We launched projects in extreme conditions, took on the most complex tasks, constantly adjusting to a changing reality. Every challenge only made us stronger.
This unique experience transformed into our strength. We know how to work in unpredictable conditions, mobilize resources and find a solution in any situation. This makes Sun One a sustainable company with clearly defined goals, values, strategy and capabilities.
By the people, for the people
Dedication and professionalism are things that distinguish Sun One employees. These qualities made it possible for the company to become successful and make a significant contribution to the growth of Ukrainian business, shaping the staff outsourcing market and culture in Ukraine.
“At one of the trainings I defined the values that we promote quite clearly. We provide flexibility and expertise in recruitment to employers, whereas the workers get protection on the labor market, as well possibilities for finding the best conditions for cooperation,” notes Andrew Samchyshyn.
“All our values include humanity, dignity, healthy ambitions, development, respect for each other, love for employees and their work. We see what companies and employees need and create a win-win system where the success of one side is impossible without the wellbeing of the other. We are happy that we can contribute to the prosperity of Ukrainian business, economy and society,” says Olesia Kreminska.
We are aiming to be not just an employer but a reliable partner for our specialists and customers. Their trust and loyalty is a powerful engine that drives us forward to new achievements!
What’s next?
Sun One already has 11 offices in Ukraine and engages thousands of employees every day. However, we always emphasize that we have no borders or limits. Thus, we are open to expanding our presence and providing support to businesses and employees, wherever they are located.
Sun One is a business that never stops! For the last 15 years, we have been constantly looking for new operating models and improving our services. We are not afraid to take risks and experiment, while launching new products and directions. Some of them have not stood the test of time, but others have gained recognition and are now in high demand! Our turnkey merchandising service is just one notable example, with lots of other new things in store.
“In a wider sense, the current plan of action is to help the labor market of Ukraine survive the war and prepare for globalization processes after the victory. The labor market will not be the same as it was before the war… But who will? The outflow of Ukrainians, the reintegration of war veterans, the import of foreign workers – we will see all this, but most importantly, we will be involved in this process,” says Andrii Samchyshyn.
“Sun One depends on the success of its customers, the labor market, as well as the general economic and political situation in the country. So, our plan is clear – stick to our proactive position and be flexible in terms of changes. We will continue taking care of the wellbeing and decent working conditions of our employees, as well as actively contributing to increasing the image of labor professions in Ukraine,” adds Olesia Kreminska.
Focusing on the latter, Sun One became a partner of the well-known HR-brand Ukraine Award and launched a special nomination “Blue-collar workers: The best recruitment and retention strategy”. We deeply understand the importance and value of line workers for a successful business. So, we decided to contribute to promoting the best practices of working with them.
Open to changes and confident in our abilities, we are moving towards the future! Join us on the way to new achievements!
