SUN ONE celebrates its 14th anniversary. We keep on working!

SUN ONE was established 14 years ago, on 6 July 2009. 14 years filled with love for work, people and cause that makes us all happy.

The last two years have been difficult for everyone, but we continued working and developing. The full-scale invasion in Ukraine showed how important it is to value reliable friends, good partners, as well as a possibility to work in your native land and support the development of your country and economy. Despite the circumstances, this year has been very productive, and we’d like to share some of our achievements and news with you.

New service

Even during these tough times, we are expanding our services. Now we offer outsourcing of finishing works, an important and relevant direction. This service is available to businesses across Ukraine. We cover all the work: staff recruitment and communication with them, construction works, provision of all necessary tools, quality control. Thus, our customers are guaranteed to get really great results and save their nerve cells. 😉

New horizons

The entire SUN ONE business is concentrated in Ukraine, which is our fundamental vision. In 2022, we realized that it was time to expand outside the country and launched several offices in Europe. Recently, we have opened another one in Hungary. Outside Ukraine, our company provides such services as recruitment, staff outsourcing, outstaffing and large-scale recruitment. This allows us to offer jobs in a Ukrainian company to Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes.

New opportunities

This year we noticed a gradual return to pre-war indicators in terms outsourcing. This means that even during such dark times, Ukrainian businesses are working, developing, growing, and using the recruiting services ever more often. This is also positive news for our candidates, as more and more vacancies and jobs are becoming available to them. We believe that the situation will continue changing for the better, and the industry will keep on developing, so we are always getting ready for the bigger challenges.

New direction

Despite the ongoing war, the Ukrainian food industry holds on and shows decent economic results. The agricultural sector continues to develop and operate not only for imports, but also for exports, with the grain exports still functioning and the state and business investing a lot of effort and resources in supporting the sector. Today, the sowing and crops harvesting campaigns have significant impact – this is a very responsible and important mission. This year we began cooperating with an agricultural company. We are really proud that our people work in the Ukrainian fields, helping to feed the country during these tough times and contributing to the food industry development.
