SUN ONE launches an office in Hungary

In 2022, SUN ONE entered the European market with its HR outsourcing services.

Several factors facilitated this decision. First, we have been looking into launching the line staff outsourcing services in Europe for a long time.

Second, the war. The aggressors destroyed some of the warehouses and facilities where our employees used to work, so the situation on the job market deteriorated. In addition, many Ukrainians have left the country. According to the UN data, almost 5 million citizens currently remain abroad.

This gave us the idea that we could be useful to Ukrainians staying overseas. Moreover, we can promote the innovative staff management methods in Europe that we are using in Ukraine. Thus, while continuing to develop the business in Ukraine, SUN ONE is actively trying to grow in the EU countries.

In October 2022, the company opened a full-scale office in Hungary (Budapest) and launched a website. This is the third representative office in Europe, in addition to branches in the Czech Republic and Poland. In Hungary and other states, we provide the following services:

• staff outsourcing;
• recruitment;
• large-scale recruitment solutions;
• outstaffing.

The working priority of the agency in Europe is to provide jobs to Ukrainians. More specifically, it’s not about the employment at local companies, it’s about working as part of SUN ONE staff. Employees join the projects of our customers on an outsourcing basis, being hired by SUN ONE. As usual, our company undertakes the full responsibility for the workers, protecting their interests.

Furthermore, despite the war, SUN ONE is still operating in Ukraine.

We have managed to keep all 7 offices running: in Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Lutsk, Rivne, Novohrad-Volynskyi.
