On June 19, a business coffee event titled “Workforce 2030. The New Architecture of the Labor Market, Talent Ecosystems, and People Management” will take place in Kyiv. The event organizer, the HR Brand Ukraine Award, will bring together leading experts, innovators, and opinion leaders to discuss global challenges and the transformation of the modern labor market.
The main partner of the event is Sun One, an expert in the labor market specializing in work with blue-collar personnel.
What will the experts discuss?
The business coffee event will focus on the most relevant topics, analytics, and real cases that are already shaping the development vectors of the Ukrainian and global HR space.
Andrew Samchyshyn, General Manager of Sun One and International Staffing Adviser, will speak on the topic “Restoring the Lost Dialogue with Blue-Collar Personnel.” During his presentation, he will cover:
- At what exact point the mental and operational dialogue between blue-collar personnel and the employer is lost.
- How to create transparent and effective evaluation systems for both employees and employers.
- What the value and role of a professional communicator for blue-collar workers are.
- Why consistency and a systematic approach are important in processing feedback, and how to turn complaints and suggestions into real value for the company.

Exclusively during the business breakfast, Sun One will present a demo version of its new development — a program that allows employees to evaluate personnel and companies. This is one of the areas Sun One is actively developing as a flagship company in the labor market, specializing in interaction with blue-collar personnel.
Among the other speakers at the business breakfast is Oleksii Shatilov, CMO of Eclectic Talents Group, who will speak about “Flexible Talent Ecosystems. A Review of Global Research.”
The leading employment platform Robota.ua will present up-to-date data, candidate trends, in-demand professions, and salary dynamics in the labor market in 2026.
Oleksandra Hnitii, Head of the Learning and Development Department at Silpo, will share the company’s practical experience in creating and managing a talent pool, talk about the internal “Talentela” project, and present effective practices for evaluating employees of different categories, including the specifics of working with the blue-collar segment.
Workforce 2030 will become a platform for an open discussion on how businesses can build resilient teams, hear their people, and shape a new culture of interaction in the labor market.
The event is free of charge.
